Trailhead Brewing Co. 636.946.2739 Located in historic St. Charles, Trailhead Brewing Co. has been open since 1995. We are a trailhead in every sense of the word. Nestled in the richly historic district of Old St. Charles, the site Trailhead occupies served as the starting point for the Lewis and Clark exploration of the Louisiana Purchase. It later served as a trailhead to fur traders, settlers and even frontiersman Daniel Boone. To hikers and bikers, Trailhead marks one of the eastern Missouri entrances to the Katy Trail.
